Gushcloud International, a global leader in creator management and content commercialization, has taken a majority stake in TalentPlus Dubai, marking a major step in its expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and reinforcing its global creator strategy.
As part of the acquisition, TalentPlus will be rebranded as Gushcloud TalentPlus, managing top MENA creators on the global stage while also representing international creators in the region. This move strengthens Gushcloud’s ability to connect creators with brands, scale creator IP, and expand cross-border monetization opportunities.
Michel Chahda will continue as CEO of Gushcloud TalentPlus and joins Gushcloud International as a Partner. Gay Carr will lead the regional headquarters for EMEA and India in Abu Dhabi, overseeing Gushcloud’s strategic growth in the region. The acquisition also strengthens Gushcloud’s capabilities in creator IP development, cross-border monetization, and media services. Furthermore, the partnership with Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) positions Abu Dhabi as a global hub for creators, creating opportunities for talent, infrastructure, and industry growth.
